The 12th Annual Health Care Institute Conference, From Awareness to Action: Recognizing the Needs and Care of Populations Less Seen and Less Heard, focuses on increasing awareness of the health and social needs of underserved and often overlooked populations and translating that awareness into action. Through interdisciplinary education, practical strategies, innovative approaches, and community resources, the conference aims to strengthen the ability of healthcare professionals to improve access, quality of care, and outcomes for diverse populations.
