🛍️ Exhibit Table – $500 One 3×6 exhibit table + 2 chairs (skirted/draped)
🛍️ **Community Resource Table — $250 (pays for Friday April 16th only) You must provide free services to the community. (Reserved for nonprofit/community organizations providing free or low-cost services), One 3×6 resource table + 2 chairs.
**Community Resource Tables will be available Friday, April 16 only. Organizations registering for a Community Resource Table may set up early Friday morning and will have the opportunity to network with conference attendees throughout the day. Due to limited space at the venue, Community Resource Tables will be located in a dedicated room where conference food and refreshments will also be served. Attendees will be encouraged throughout the day to visit the Community Resource area, learn about available services and programs, and mix and mingle with participating organizations. This arrangement allows us to provide community organizations with a dedicated space for meaningful interaction with attendees while working within the venue’s space limitations.
