Call for sponsors
We invite you to be sponsor/exhibit at the 10th Annual Health Care Institute April 29-May 1, 2025. This conference will host a global audience of Primary Care Providers, Nurses, Social Workers, Psychologists, Licensed Professional Counselors, Educators, Researchers, Community Workers, Community Based Agencies, and Students.
Come to network and share your organization’s mission with the attendees. Sponsoring helps to defray the cost of the registration fee. Our goal is to bring practical solutions to address: the Multiverse of Aging Populations: Diminishing Health Disparities and Inequities with Interprofessional Collaborative Strategies. We are expecting national and international attendees.

Keynote Sponsor—$4,000

Educational Sponsor—$2,000
Sponsorship assists with offsetting the cost of the program (printed materials & AV costs). Receive registration list before conference so you can market your exhibit table. One complimentary registration and priority exhibit space (one 3X6 table with 2 chairs skirted & draped) .
Donation – $1000
Help offset the costs of the conference by providing a donation. Your organization will be recognized at the conference and in the program book.
